Colors

Sample colors may vary from final color. All our mixes are meticulously prepared. Factors such as temperature, humidity and curing may have an effect on the color of the concrete. 

Delivery and installation

Tables, largers countertops and integrated sinks are usually delivered on a pallet. Pallets are delivered to street level. For the dismantling of the pallet you will need a battery handheld drill. We use national and international road carriers.

Vessel sinks are shipped by local post / private courrier in cardboard boxes. 

Products are meticulously packed.

If you aren’t installing the products directly after receiving the goods, do not keep the pallet in a wet / humid environment (warping and staining may occur).

Before ordering, make sure the elements will fit through your doors and staircases. Always carry bigger concrete elements (tabletops, long countertops…) on their edge to prevent breakage.

Wooden elements

Our lumbers are finely selected to build beautiful wooden pieces. We mainly use A/B class wood which means there is a minimal amount of knots in the lumber. The wood we use is carefully dried so that it won't expand or shrink excessively. Bigger wooden tables are reinforced with C-profile beams to prevent bending.

For a private use we mostly protect our wood with oil wax (unstained or stained). 

Metal frames

Our frames are built using standard pipe, metal sheet or bar profile. Some of our creations require laser or plasma cutting. Most of the steel frames are powdercoated for a durable finish.

Frames that are going outside are firstly painted with a zink primer to prevent rust. Other options (such as aluminium and stainless steel frames are also available). 

We suggest installing felt pads to tables legs. Metal frame tables that are going outside will require plastic end caps or rubber pads. 

If your floor is uneven please specify it and we can install adjustable height footers.  

Wash basins

16JUIN washbasins may have patina and color variation due to concrete properties. Some minors pinholes may be visible.

With every delivered sink we will provide maintenance and installation documents. 

Our sinks have a 7 year structural warranty.

Returns

If the goods get damaged during transport, please notify us immediately (along with pictures) so we will file a report to the transport company.

Returns are accepted only if the product hasn’t been made according to order (wrong color, sizing or form).
